5. What you see in these pictures is the home of a once powerful and popular mogul who simply became irrelevant, crazier, and brain-injured. In his mind it's still 1967. Scary sad!

7. did anyone else notice that the carpets are all freshly vacuumed? I'll bet this place was pretty funky looking before the cameras showed up. It looks like a home after the crew from the BBC's clean house was there.

9. its very snobby to slag off this house. its just totally normal looking in most parts, nothing wrong with it, people are just projecting their dislike of the man onto it.

10. Anyone who lives in a place like this should be incarcerated. It is a murder in and of itself. "The clothes maketh the man?" Oh no! "The ugly CLUTTER maketh Phil(th)."

11. OMG . . . And Phil makes a big deal about calling this place "The Castle". . . Yeah Right, and MOTEL 6 is the Taj Majal. This place hasn't been updated since the late 60's. And this is the Big Shot who leaves $400 tips for a salad? My suggestion: Fire (don't take this word literally Phil, don't use a gun) 1 of your 6 or 7 lawyers and use the money to hire a maid AND a decorator. Stay home for dinner a couple nights a week and use this "tip" money to update those hideous bathrooms and that sad outdated kitchen. And until you do, quit inviting people back to your place (this will save lives as well).

12. The house looks alright. He lived alone for a long time, that's just the way it is. I don't think he knew about the pictures.

13. When your going up on a murder trial, it would be beneficial to make yourself look more human. I think that's the reason for the pictures. But, sad as it may be, it just look's like clutter, and filth to me. I bet you can't walk barefoot through the house and keep your feet clean. And the bathroom look's smelly. Mine, is very clean. So I can make these judgement's. And if he didn't want my opinion, he shouldn't have stuck his private life out for all to see.

14. It's obviously ment to peep, since there are picture's of it. You make it sound intrusive, when he allowed the photographer in. I think he was trying to brag on a not so special house.

15. I see nothing special about his house. To each his own, I guess. I find it alittle on the gaudy side. And I wouldn't particular enjoy cooking in that kitchen. And if I had the money, I sure would add tremendously in the bathroom. What's with having a roomy house to be all smushed up in the bathroom. Give me space. And Phil, I know this is your castle, but if you are going to allow picture's shouldn't you have hired a maid? Just an idea.
