Phil used to frequent the record store I worked at, and would stand in teh corner wearing his pink platform sandles while his Wife? Girlfriend? would collect and purchase Marilyn Monroe and Elvis postcards. He wouldn't make eye contact with anybody, but when ever he came in that's all he would get. As for the house--it looks like the 80s threw up in there.

The house maybe somewhat messy, but it has a lot of potential. It can be beautiful I wish I had a place like that to do some renovating in.
