When a star is just trying to live their life with their kids and paparazzi bother them, then I hope they do go on the offensive. I fully support Mr. Brosnan in kicking the $#?@! out of any of these scumbags. They are a plague on this nation. • 141. Taking someone's picture or videotaping them without their consent is against the law in most states (not sure about CA but it REALLY should be there). That applies to anyone and any picture taker. Does that give the offendee the right to strike back? It depends. But that fact the pap hit back makes this all pretty much moot...wonder who's the real press hound here, the pap who instigated the confrontation or Mr. Brosnan who perhps was hoping for more press than just a photo would have gotten him.

How would you like it if someone was snapping pix of you and your kids while you are out and about? The point of the story is...when people are with their kids, leave them alone or politely ask to take a picture. I'm on your corner Pierce.

• 144. There was a time when I felt as some of you do...he's a star and the public has the right to snap photo's any time they want...I used to feel that way. Can you imagine some a--hole or group of a--holes following your every move and praying into your personal life. Leave them the hell alone people! It has become a game and a challenge for these morons to invade peoples personal lives to get the "big" exclusive" photo. Heck, at the rate these low lifes are going soon they'll be snapping photo's of them taking a crap...wait, they do that already.

• 147. i believe the pap has every right to get his picture. He is out in public for everyone to see, its not like the guy barged into his house and snapped the photos. I think pierce and everyone of those stars should feel privileged that anyone even wants there pictures. now if pierce was about to release another lame james bond movie he would be all for the attention. • 150. I feel like you are denying Pierce Brosnan his right to enjoy times with his kids by invading his privacy. It's fine to idolize stars or even approach them in public but hounding them with autographs and chasing them should be actionable in a court of law. The moment he says no that should be a clear message and any furthur incident should be a violation of his right to privacy. It's unacceptable behavior and needs to stop. California needs to be the first state that makes it law that this is invasion of privacy and unacceptable.
