There should be a law against taking pics of ANYONE'S kids unless they have ask for, and have been given, permission.

  • 32. I'm not a celebrity and I've been stalked! I also know another person who has been stalked. It's a scary feeling. You feel your privacy is invaded. You feel vunerable and can't predict what that person might do. Although the photographer made his presence known to Mr. Brosnan, it doesn't mean he has the right to follow him around taking pictures. I would get tired of being photographed constantly, especially if I were with my family. Yes, you can expect that kind of thing when you are in the public eye, but there's also a time when you draw the line. The problem is, people are no longer respectful and considerate of others.

  • 33. Granted people should not be harrassed But when these people get to be stars, what do they expect.Pierce telling someone to get a real f.... job, is quite funny. He needs to stop and think about what kind of job he has,it's not a real job, and to talk like that aaround his kids, some Dad huh.

  • 34. I always liked Pierce in his movies.I liked his pleasant smile.M.S.

  • 35. He should have hit him harder and takin the cam away from the guy.How would the pap like it if everytime he went out he was bothered by people with cams.

  • 36. That photographer deserves it. They don't any have respect to other people's privacy. I hope they'll make a law that will stop these people from harassing celebrities: they have also a right for privacy even though they are public figures. Leave them alone especially if they have their family with them!!!

  • 37. What I wanna know is since the majority of these papparazzi clashes happen in California why has the Governator not yet done something about this? Respectfully he is dealing with the wildfires at this moment but this has been going on for a while now. It was not too long ago that Arnold was the biggest movie star in the world. I don't get it. If Bush can hire all his old drinkin' buddies to cabinet positions why can't Arnie help his fellow movie stars from being attaked in front of their children. BTW, the kids are not celebs therefore should not be photographed. That is sick.

  • 38. Sorry. But when you are a rich movie star and are out in public you should expect to be public domaine. A small price to pay considering the obsene amounts of money these stars get for 'walking through' 90 percent of their movies. They get free air fare, free dinners, clothes, cars, babes when they making more than you and me could even dream of. They have no reason to whine when encountering the flip side to all their glory.

  • 39. Appears to me that the 'battery' was by the papperazi... Isn't this stalking? Isn't stalking illegal??? All you 'rich & famous' need to rally together and write your legislatures.. find a way to stop this harassment.

  • 40. Sounds like the one harrassed is Pierce. Leave a man and his kids alone! Police should investigate that photographer. No means no. Right!

  • 41. So TMZ, you wrote he pushed ya cameraman in the ribs but in return the cameraman KICKED Pierce in the stomach, along with STALKING, and scaring his kids, boy TMZ will get charged with stalking, assault, invasion of privacy...hmm interesting you don't show photos of the actual incident. Why don't you stop stalking people who are out with their kids. That was Pierces 2 sons with him. I am sure the investigation will conclude that Pierce was stalked, and harrassed first. Hope you made enough money to pay for damages in a lawsuit against you soon.

  • 42. It's a free country last I looked. Make laws so that anyone who has a camera has to mind what they take a picture of? Nah, I like my freedoms as they are thank you very much. He makes good money, he has fame and stardom, this is the price he pays. Besides, he's not too concerned about his kids since his foul mouth ran amok. I think I should move to CA. and become a pap!

  • 43. Pierce is a fine actor that was definitely robbed of an Oscar Nomination for his work in "The Matador," but fame does come with an ugly price. He's been in the business long enough to realize that photographers will hound him. I mean, come on, Pierce, grow a brain....It is Los Angeles for God's sake! What DID you expect? A nice, long, relaxing family dinner with no complications?

  • 44. Again, we dont have the full story. But, as a parent, I can understand his instinct to protect his child. I really think there should be laws as to how far pappa-z can be to people. It's harrassment, if you ask me. Have they not learned after Princess Diana was killed after a pappa-z chase? I can't understand why they don't use the stalking laws, or why they don't lobby Congress for perimeters except for scheduled photoshots.

  • 45. oh yeah, and also, it shouldn't just be limited to actors and actresses, and why should the pics be taken at all? I mean, you said inconspicuously...isn't that somewhat worse?
