• 46. you realize that your law makes no sense for what you're arguing...it should be there's a law that unless WITH consent, then the person's pic may not be taken, except for under certain circumstances (i.e. crime)

Actors and Actresses should be allowed to live without constantly being bothered by these idiots they should make a Law that says unless without consent you cannot take pictures like that you may however click away if you are far enough away that you are almost invisible! Cameras today the really good ones can zoom right in so why do they have to be right up their ass when they do it?Do it inconspicuously!!!!

• 48. There should be a distance that paparazzi can enter taking pictures. Many time this space is to close to the subject and leads to confrontations. If your popular and you dont want to be bothered - Dont go out or get Bodyguards!

• 52. A pap? You're calling him a batterer?? I'd call him a "HERO." What did he do? Shove him? And of course he'll get sued for a simple shove. I swear you guys provoke on purpose to get the $$$ in the end. The laws should be protecting these celebrities, not the losers who STALK them relentlessly, snapping photos at will, and stepping into their personal space. I would have taken his camera and broken it over his head! Sue away, but I would be going to sleep with a smile on my face that night!

• 59. I REALIZE THE PAPPARAZZI HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING TOO-BUT COME ON GUYS YOU ALWAYS CROSS THE LINE! A PICTURE HERE AND THERE IS GREAT AND WE LOVE TO SEE ALL THE CELEBRITIES. BUT GIVE THEM A BREAK!
