1. I DON'T BLAME HIM IF HE DID ANY THING TO HIM AND IF HE DID THAT'S GOOD SOME PEOPLE NEED TO BE LEFT ALONE

2. Being in the Movies and on Television is a way a person has to make a living for their families, Its their Job the same as you and I have a job. These are private people and deserve to be respected and not inter feared with when they are in Public. Just because we see them on T.V. and in the Movies does not mean they belong to us to treat any way we wish. It the medai would report on real items of interest maybe we would buy their Publications

3. I don't see ANY compelling pictures. There were a bunch of before the "incident" pictures. A couple "right after" and another "after." What does that prove?...he just looked slightly annoyed. If there were a bunch of paps taking pictures...where are the ones of him going off on a photographer. TMZ...you need to step off...trust me, there will be more jail bait for you to count the days until they are legal...there will be more overdoses and stars going crazy. Just, please, don't make up "news" when there is nothing but a starving photographer's imagination at the brink of it.

4. I don't believe anything went down between Pierce & the pap besides maybe passing some unpleasant words. The man is out with his kids, why can't he chill in peace? Whats wrong with the paparazzi? All of his pictures looked the same. Why did he take so many of him just walking. Come on, if u got hit--u DESERVED it!!!! Man up, its not like u didnt hit him back or so u say. So whats the problem!?!?!

5. The photographer should have stopped when asked to. While Pierce Brosnan is a public figure and was in a public place there are laws in some places that prohibit taking and publishing pictures of children without parental consent. I'd say, "F*** off, mate," was a clear denial of consent.

6. Just because someone chooses to be a performer, does not mean they have to give up their private life. If they choose to, i.e. Paris, Britney, etc. it's one thing. If however, they want to live a normal life too, they should be able to. These stalkers with cameras are going WAY too far and should be criminally prosecuted as such.

7. The actor was with his kids, the photographer should have "F**ked off" like it was suggested. The photog got his pictures and he got his money, so he got what he wanted. Congratulations on a smarmy job.

8. He chose to be an actor. He chose phame, phortune and photogs. It seems to me that he got all he wished for and then some. Boo-hoo.

9. When a person is in a public area they can be photographed or video taped without their consent. There is no law preventing that. It's granted by the US constitution as freedom of the press and they are considered the press. Photographing celebrities is how they earn a living. The chance of hitting a photo that could net someone $100K is the draw. The ones who buy the tabloids are just as guilty. Obtaining fame comes with a price, your life is no longer private when your in a public area. They know that and the minute that the attention stops they realize that their careers are over. They definitely don't want that. If he didn't want to be photographed all he had to do was ignore the photographer and not even acknowledge his presence and leave. As to his kids, He sure didn't show a mature attitude by swearing and then using violence. Great lesson for his kids!

10. I wasn't here so don't know what happened. But I do know these photographers get too close. It's time it stopped. I feel there should be a law on how close you can be and if there's trouble... then we'll look at witnesses. Pierce does not look agitated before the incident. Looks like he's minding his own business. The photographers are just terrible. No one respects them at all. Get a real job is right. Couldn't have said it better myself.

11. the dang poparozzi needs to learn to back off! sure Pierce is famous but that doesn't mean he needs his picture taken every second. Pierce did warn the photographer. i would be done right as he said that. Hell i would have asked Pierce for a couple shots first. isn't that the legal part, get consent? but all poparozzi (however you spell it) needs to not be so aggressive at taking pictures. sure i don't like paris or britney too much but what the poparozzi did to them, surrounding the car then chasing them to their houses, that is screwed up! how low can you go? anyways, the photographer was in the wrong! Go Bond, James Bond! (Pierce!)

12. TMZ should be investigated and stopped. They constantly are baiting celebs who are just living their lives, and dog them so much there is no way they can keep their cool! I think there should be a law enacted that paps should have to stay 50 ft or more away from any celeb, and give them space! Way to go, Pierce!

13. Way to go Pierce!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14. the problem comes when the photographers come too close and invade the privacy of the people. pierce we are with you. good bond.
