2. so he lost it for a while! 1. they do drug test. 2. he can afford the bail, did he really hurt anyone? 3. he is still a great fighter. 4. Most importantly though, if he wants to be in the spotlight.. (kids are watching you) do it in a more flattering light!

3. Is that so! Are you guys really fans? Well lets get something straight for all those who cannot read, and may have read way to far into my comment. #1. I never said he should go free. That would be rediculous! #2 I never made excuses for him either. I only pointed out the fact that, other commenters immediately turned this negative publicity to a racial issue. And why did they do this because they never truly liked him in the first place. Also to all those who think Im still living back in the days of "feel sorry for the oppressed black man" think about this; Their is a good chance of our future President being an African American. Now how about that!

4. This isn't race...it's just someone getting a bit nuts...OK, a lot nuts and running from the law...mistake #1...white, black yellow, whatever, if you run they're going to chase you. He wasn't beat down like Rodney King, there was no cage match...get real. He's a great fighter...got lazy as expected and lost to a professional that had more desire to win...Forrest is a hard working dude...Rampage typically is too. I gotta tell you, I don't respect what he did, but I will still be a fan of him when he fights, I might not want him to win everytime, but I still respect his in the octagon power. Just get off the race card...it's getting old...and more than anything it makes a mockery of people who are truly being held back or discriminated against because of their race...so if you quit complaining everytime someone who isn't white gets nailed for something THEY did WRONG, maybe people would listen a little more often.

5. Maybe he wasn't joking and he did really put "his entire purse" on the fight. Scary thought.

6. I didn't get the chance to see the fight between Forest Griffin and Jackson but, I would have loved to seen his face when he lost the fight. Regardless if your white, black, red or yellow. There is alway's someone else that can whip your A@@. You can talk all the smack your want..white, black, red or yellow. There is always someone thats a better fighter. When you lose a fight you should take it like a man and deal with it. Go back to camp and work your way up the ladder again like all the rest have to do. Everyone thats made a post on this website knows that what Jackson did was wrong and that he should pay the consequences like everyone else. Regardless if your black, white, red or yellow. If you don't think he should pay for his actions then your a racist and the color of your skin should take presedence over the action. "WORD UP"!!!!!!!!!!

7. Remember the pitcher in St Louis who was driving drunk and struck a street sweeper (or whatever it was)? He was white, but I guarantee if he lived after his crash he would have been arrested too. Race means nothing to people who have no prejudices about it. If a person's first thought (be they white, black, or whatever color) about an incident is about, "..Majority and minority..", that person is a racist. Just quit it. We are all the same color under our skin. People are people and if they commit a crime, they deserve to pay for that crime. No matter what their social status, back ground, childhood, rich or poor. Did a man commit a crime? Yes. Did he endanger people while doing so? Yes. If anyone else did the same thing, should they be expected to be locked up? Yes. ~The only thing black and white here is the difference between guilty and innocent.

8. Sorry I do not believe he is a Minority...You all need to look around. so those trying to take pity because he is a minority...quit your weeping. He is commiting a crime like any other crazy person out there trying to beat the law, no matter what color their skin is or their "Status" is in this corrupted soceity. You all should be concerned about the innocent people who might have gotten seriously injured because of this poor judgement.

9. Who is it that is always screaming and hollering about the race card?? Not white people!! DEMOND GILDON- grow up! Yes we have all done things that don't represent our true character, but most of us also haven't endangered the lives of innocent people!! I for one am a fan of Rampage, but I don't care if he is green with purple polka dots- HE BROKE THE LAW AND HE SHOULD PAY!! Get over the race card, man- this is about breaking the law- PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

10. Im a rampage fan, i feel bad for the guy. but this aint got #$@!? to do with race. You think white people are thrashin him for what he did just cuz hes minority?..wake up! You should see the boards and forums of people thrashing Jesse Taylor after what he did, wish was far less severe than Rampage's incident. No matter what race or color, PEOPLE IN THE PUBLIC EYE WHO BLOW IT ARE GOING TO BE THRASHED. you expect people to praise a dude when ya big black or white ass runs from the cops, almost hits pedestrians, and hits 2 cars? i guess so, i guess its the "majority's" fault that he flipped out, all these years of oppression and he couldnt take it anymore..yea right

11. I think Rampage should pay for his actions just as any ordinary citizen should have to pay in the same situation. No special treatment of any kind should be Given to him just because he's a UFC star. If the allegations are true about what he has done, there could be some very serious charges against him. I also hope that somehow he is able to come out of this and make things right with anyone he may have harmed or injured and return to the ring and be productive.
