Have you ever noticed how there are certain people that think that absolutely ANY time a white cop (BTW the cop in this pic appears to be hispanic. Why do people with money lindsey lohan, Paris Hilton, Richie Sambora ect. ect. and now Rampage all want to drive while drinking or partying, don't they know they should get a driver..I mean they can all easily afford it!!
