But far fewer people can host a show, keep track of the breaks, stay on schedule with the enertainment, herd the judges along, interact with the audience, AND keep the talent under control. Unlike sitting at a computer and criticising others, a show host has to be multi-talented, wielding a variety of skills. Maybe that is why Seacrest gets so many plum assignments...nobody else has been found who can do so much so well. Now, your mama wants you to come upstairs and take out the garbage.

Has anyone else from Atlanta (Ryan is from nearby Dunwoody) appreciated the irony of the title? "From Backstreet to Wall Street?" Backstreet was a famous gay bar in Atlanta that was open 24 hours. It also attracted a lot of entertainment people, straight or gay, so I'm sure that one way or another Mr. Seacrest found himself there over the years...
I think simon might be right on this one.ryan is deep in the closet and when he first appear on T.V he tried to be himself{gay look) and maybe realise it won't get him so far if he came out.i still believe he's gay and he's not being himself you can see that.JUST COME OUT RYAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
He not only speaks perfect English but, also looks well in anything he wears and comes off as intelligent. Soo... he's FINE, all around.I hink he does a really fine job too.
