  Those "wrinkles" around her mouth are smile lines, geniuses. People who smile a lot get them. That's what happens. Just because your life sucks and you don't smile doesn't mean you should insult someone who does. So what if she looks older than 23? I'm 27 and I look a lot younger. People don't always look their exact age. And why is everyone hating on this woman? Because she's pregnant? Because she's made a name for herself, even if it is in an offhanded way? Don't judge people when you don't know the situation.
