Apparently you guys aren't paying attention to the news. He wasn't drunk at all. The other guy ran a red light it was the other guys fault not Shia's. So before you go and blast him learn your facts. Just because he's "young" doesn't mean he's dumb.

I know what it is like. I pleaded no contest 7 or 8 times to reckless something or other. Hang in there b/c the "system" will give you plenty of more chances to $?#!@ up. But cigarettes won't. I should know. I have emphysema, lung cancer, and constricted blood thingies. But can still squeeze comfortably into an ultra-tight thong bikini. Ask Corey Haim or RDJ or MG -- any of whom should be able to help you through your moment of pain. O.M.

You know why they take these pics cuz of us. We are the ones that fuel this. I know i shouldn't want to know what crazy thing that brit is doing or is shia doing ok. I shouldn't but i look at least 5 or 6 times a day I can't help it. So does it mean when they pass the stalker laws that it will go back to the good old days when we actually had tv shows and not reality tv all the time. We started they are just making a living at it.

This guy is in the hospital, granted his stupid but put himslef there but irregardless he's in the hospital and people are taking pics of him? When do these people get a break? I hope they pass those new stalker laws for the paps! If it was one of us non famous people with photog's following us and taking pics we would have had their a**es beat down already.
