1. These folks look absolutely horrible. I am 63 and look better than I ever have and never had any plastic surgery. I agree with most posts here - they look scary and awful.

2. Truely,Alfredo Palacias,and Jackie Stallone should stay away from little children.Scared my grandaughter when their faces popped up,oh my.But Carrot Top takes the cake,he just makes me sick to my stomach seriously.Any one who looks like a drag queen,and looks like they have sucked to many pickles makes me just upchucked.

3. Wow half of these Celebs Look great and half of the others I have to say make Michael Jackson's Facial surgery and appearance look normal no offense to the Late Mr Jackson he was the greatest Singer and Dancer that I will probably see in my life time with so much Talent I was not his follower though my favorite Performer is Prince although many of the Celebs I saw here I think are wonderful Barbra Eden Madonna, Cher, Dolly, Sharon Stone, Gene Simmons, Lee Majors,Liza Minnelli,the late Farrah Fawcett, and My favorite Girl Mary Tyler Moore and a few others

4. I'm not sure who Alfredo Palacios is, but he like a lot of these people must have gotten a bargain at the plastic surgery warehouse.

5. Ellen Barkin (#11) has always had a very interesting face and smile. She still looks great.

6. Carrot Top has to be either just plain fugly, or once was a ugly woman made into a man's face. (sorta) I got interested in someone that has a great age disparity with me but I went for it anyway. I am 75 and she is 93.. LOL

7. O.M.G some of these photos are hard to look at..although some of them look a bit more natural,but my God the really older ones,what were they thinking! better to age gracefully I think,a touch up here and there is fine butsome of these are down right scarry!

8. not quite sure what to think about these photos...there are a few 'must mentions..... lee grant- ugly drag queen? carrot top- WTF?!?!? dolly parton- what is she like 102? Alfredo Palacios- decomposed tomato? loan van ark- holloween costume 2009 Jackie Stallone- yes it is micheal myers Heidi Fleiss- and they paid HER ?!?!? Lil Kim- i don't know WHERE to begin Jocelyne Wildenstein- exposed to space? Amanda Lepore- Mardi Gras float ???? Tina Louise- cryptkeeper in drag Donatella Versace- THAT IS A DUDE !!! now is it just me.. but why do they ALL look uneven? Anyways.. so be it, me i'm just glad to see another day with the face i was given..

9. We just saw a live performance by the incredible Joan Rivers, Not only is she tops in her comedic field but her facial structure is now shared by virtually all of this women and Carrot top. Joan is 76 years old and did not give the audience a chance to breathe between laughs. She looked good for all of her cutting and pulling, but these others are Bad Copies of her. Some are just GOD AWFUL and they know who they are. DO THEY USE A COOKIE CUTTER TO RESHAPE A FACE?

10. Don't these people realize that the more work they have done, the worse they look? It's ridiculous! I may not have the best face in the world, but it's what God gave me and I wouldn't change anything about it! Such a shame that these beautiful people feel like they have to be surgically enhanced....*sigh*...This world is way too superficial...

11. All these people have to keep up an image, that they think they have. It is so sad to see that they will disfigure themselves to keep up that image. Their loyal fans would be loyal even if they did age gracefully and did not submit to all the plastic surgery and botox.

12. Seriously, these people need to lay off the botox and surgeries. Anyone else notice that most of the women now look like men in drag? And don't even get me started on Carrot Top! YUCK!

13. I'm sorry, but Jackie Stallone looks like Michael Meyers. I can hear the creepy music playing when I look at that photo.

14. Most photographs we are used to seeing are publicity shots of movie stars and are created by a number of experts in the field of photography. The star is provided with good lighting, excellent make-up and later the photographs are carefully retouched. We are being shown "snap shots" men and woman in "real life" without the usual “Hollywood glamour” and that is just plain cruel! Honestly what do we expect? Men and woman age! Even with plastic surgery no one is going to look like they did 40 or 50 years ago! We should be supportive that these individuals are still around and performing for our entertainment! There is nothing wrong with growing older and there is nothing wrong with attempting to remain attractive and desirable in a very youth oriented society. What is truly sad are medical doctors who are so consumed by greed that they never say the word "NO" when a client comes to them wanting more "work" done!Did any doctor ever say the word "NO" to Michael Jackson? 15. I'm so happy I changed my mind about surgery. Some of these people actually scared me.I thought if you have lots of money your get great service. I'm happy I'm poor.
