Motive being cheated on and then divorced(apart from being humiliated, she will stand to lose her husband and possibly her lifestyle) or just cheated on (some women just don't deal well with this). Unknown third person: Rival. McNair might have been the target and Kazemi was just a bystander. He was clubbing with friends, who dropped him off? How do you gain access to McNair's home, besides a key? Is there a doorman or a gate?

• 33. 4. The gun handler. If we are to believe this was murder-suicide, then this young girl was obviously distraught, scared to move on, hurt, maybe even crying. The first shot was supposedly to his temple from a couple feet away (about 3). Here is a distraught girl, holding a gun for the first time and she aims for the side of the head and perfectly aims and shoots the temple? Then walks around and shoots him twice in the chest (third's the charm I guess?), but then decides thats not enough, let me shoot his other temple, too. Because? She wasn't trying to leave a message, just trying to make sure he is really dead? Then the cops are trying to feed us that she wasn't done with her plan, she wanted to position herself to lay her head on his lap, but failed when she fell to the floor (head down? head up?)And there were reports the she shot herself in the right temple with her left hand? Unless it was a typo, she must have been a contortionist as well.

• 34. 2. Ex-Boyfriend picks up her car and drops it where? There was a period of opportunity. The opportunity to copy keys, the opportunity to buy a gun for "Kazemi", the opportunity to plot. This man is in love with her and is driving the car her new man helped her get. He is obviously not innocent-minded, as the lyrics he wrote earlier this year (Kazemi and McNair began dating earlier this year)are pretty eerily explicit. 3. This took place in a posh neighborhood, I don't care where you live, you don't dismiss hearing 5 gunshots in the early morning. Or was the whole condo building on vacation?

• 35. Roy, I finally found someone who shares a bit of my brain. 1. This is too clean, easy and contradictive. First reports state Sahel "Jenny" Kazemi was a very happy, outgoing girl with no reason to end her life and especially with enough nobility to never intentionally hurt someone else. Now reporters are stating she was depressed, couldn't afford to live and suspected there was another mistress. Sounds to me like the cops are just throwing "statistical ideas" and trying to implemented now. How effortless to declare murder-suicide because the gun was "hers". One of the cops even said case would have been closed at the scene, if he knew the gun was "hers". Great investigative work, Sherlock. What proof does this "third-party illegal gun salesman" has that she was the one who bought the gun? Maybe he got paid to say that by another person, example hitman or jealous ex-boyfriend who still admits he was going to get her back... hmm isn't that a possessive statement?

• 43. Steve got killed not because he was a lying, cheating SOB. He got offed because he was a cheapass SOB. Why is thing girl "given" an expensive SUV and then she has to make the payment? She couldn't even afford a Hyundai, much less that Caddy. This dude was way out of control, but she has no right to kill him...he's not going to leave his wife for some hook nosed psyco Iranian. And I'm sure this is not her first act of violence against him...I'm sure she hit, kicked, screamed at him in the past and Steve finally got sick of her @!#$? and told her to get lost. Steve should have been more careful and had an affair with a "nice" girl, but then "nice" girls don't have affairs with married men.

• 44. These two are both POS but a he never killed anybody...she did. Why not just off yourself, why take out somebody else? Now four kids don't have a dad and Michelle does not have a husband. Not that Steve was much of a dad or husband anyway. This uglyass girl had no right to shoot him. I guess he told her to get lost and pay her own bills & she didn't like the idea of working at Dave & Busters. Did she really think he was going to marry her??? THERES THE GIRL FROM THE BAR THE NIGHT HE DIED: came up to steve and claim he gave her a date-rape drug a yr ago and her man was gon kill steve.... all these things can't be a coincidence....sounds like smokescreen for whoever is involved.... if it was the ex....he either forced SAHAL to the condo to wait for steve or went on his own sometime that nite....popped both in the head.....got her up..put the gat in her hands...2 more to AIR'S chest...1 more to the dome....staged her gun under her body....cause there's no way a gun gon end up under a body after someone has shot themselves....cmon people...cant happen....if that's not it then the weird roommate/bestfriend...for people not involved they sure acting weird.....fone records need to be checked from everybody involved....somebody holla at me if u feel me or not
