• 3. I am surprised to see the free stuff this year. I thought for sure they would cancel this part too. I think is absolutely ridiculous that the celebs get free stuff. They are the ones with the million dollar payouts and they get handouts. As I have read in other cases, celebs think they are entitled. I remember seeing an actress that was Punk'd. She had gone to this clothing store tried on a bunch of clothes and didn't think she had to pay for any of it. When they told her what her total bill was, she had a fit and was scrambling to find a credit card to pay. These people need to live a real life. They act, they don't save lives or make any real contribution to society. I personally refuse to go to the movies since it costs way too much now and we are only encouraging their inflated salaries. $10M for a few months of work, CRAZY!! and then they run for the free garb - our society is so sad.

• 9. this is disgusting...Now I understand these companies try to "give" things to celebrities so the working man/woman does anything to buy it!! But come on. Did you see Rinna's bag. What a ditch pig. This makes me sick. At least Britney throws a few items on ebay - FOR CHARITY!! scumbags....Oh and I agree about the writers...which drags me to my next point...Letterman and Leno couldnt work because the writers were striking...ARENT they supposed to be comedians????? OR do they need writers....give me a writer and I take both there jobs....EVER hear of stand up....or are you too good for it now. AND dont give me the loyalty to the writers crap either! I gotta use the restroom....this makes me sick. Shame on you Rinna. Sell some of it for more plastic surgery.

• 12. It just seems so unfair-the rich definately get richer. If I were a celeb I would be so embarassed to show up for free stuff. Why didn't anyone think of auctioning the items on e-bay and giving the profits to needy charities. That would have been a perfect way to give back to the very public who make the golden globe goers stars in the first place.

• 15. Why didn't the Academy or whoever organized the swag for this years awards.. Sell the swag and either, give it to the writer's union or donate it to charity. None of these people were probably even invited to the awards--- the Z-listers came out to get all the free crap they can. Notice no A-lister, or even B-lister showed up to nab the free stuff. That's ridiculous to give the stuff away to people who wouldn't even been nominated --- or been invited to the awards. I am disgusted.
