1. Point: To say it is ok for someone to be followed around by cameramen because of their fame is like saying its ok to stalk someone for working in a supermarket. They may not be nationally famous, but fame is relative. When you profess a belief that it is ok to jump in front of moving vehicles to snap a photo of someone they consider to be famous, you should have someone follow you around with a camera every day that your not working and show you all of the inappropriate and embarrassing shots of you that you wouldn't want people to see. You should also have your driving license and any gun license or any type of license/freedom taken away from you because you have no idea what safety is.

2. Point: Paparazzi do not "give" stars their fame. They do not "make" stars famous. The stars are in a line of work that makes them famous, much like being an astronaut or President of the United States. Nothing is owed to the paparazzi by celebrities and paparazzi do not have a right to take pictures of them any more than a pedophile has a right to take pictures of little children in swimsuits at the beach. Without written consent they should not take pictures, period. Point: yes, stars do sometimes overreact. Would you like to stand up against the cage of a wild animal and poke it until it decides to try and attack you? Even the gentlest creatures in the animal kingdom have their limits. The paparazzi need to step back and give the stars their space, and definitely give them their privacy when they are on private property. Their overreaction is just that, an "over" "reaction" with reaction being the key word. Without anything to "react" to, they wouldn't "over" "react".

I like how most of you seem to want to crucify the paps for what they do... but... ummm.. by visiting this site, you are supporting what they do.. cause.. umm.. if no one visited the site, it would shut down. You do realize that people pay TMZ to advertise on this site, and the amount they pay is based on how many 'hits' or 'visits' the site gets... and then that money is then used to pay people to take pictures... So visiting this site, is just like buying the magazines or watching the tv shows... but free....

13. These stars get paid so much money they have nothing better to do than go out and get high or drunk and act like total losers. Then when they get photographed acting like the buffoons they are they aren't too happy about it. If they don't like all the publicity (they love it when its good publicity) tell them to get a real job like cleaning the sewers or driving a truck, then no one will bother them.
