Why do we have to have promiscuous mayor after mayor...scandal after scandal. Before Newsom it was Brown. probably both good mayors, but do they have to shove their moral deficits in our faces? Why can't we in SF and NYC (& a couple of other big city mayors plus several state governors and congress members, and a president or two) elect candidates to major civic positions who aren't such driven egotists and philanderers. Marraige, affair, scandal, affair, ad nauseum...straight or gay. Is it impossible to lead without having to have illicit sex all the the time? Just curious....
This goof-ball, along with some notable others, are messing with federal law. His "sanctuary" should be in a Mexican jail ... paying for the lives of the three Bologna men who lost theirs to an illegal alien. No, wait ... make that a convicted-felon-unreported-DUI-Mexican-illegal alien. SF officals said if they "had known" he was convicted of a felony they would have turned him over to I.C.E. I believe it's their JOB to know these things!!

I hate this piece of crap. He and his stupid town are responsible for the murder of a man and his son killed by an illegal immigrant who was not turned over to ICE. Was not deported after a number of crimes but was given sanctuary by this butthole and that stupid town which is a disgrace to America.
Is anything on this woman's face what God gave her? Wish TMZ could match up these gold diggers with their high school picture so we can see the extreme makeover "gold digger edition"
Can't believe he's marrying her after her very public comments that displayed her lack of sophistication (and intelligence). Wow. She apologizes for comments about Rippey-Tourk but then takes another stab at her during the apology? (I would say she's bad news.) The string is on SFist.com
It's obvious all you people are judging him on his personal life and don't live in SF or the Bay Area who voted him in as mayor.
We love him, he's straight, extremly smart and good looking. I hope he gets his personal life together because he has the potential to become the next California Senator or Govenor.
There are problems in all marriages and his exwife was just as career driven as he was. She used him too.
The jackass reporters at the SF Examiner/chronicle have no lives and would rather chase Gavin around than report on the homeless, crime, taxes, etc.
There a bunch of bald ugly old men who couldn't score a gay man or straight woman in their wildest dreams.

Oh please. I'm so sick of "It's ok if he says he's sorry!!" and "Everyone makes mistakes!" A womanizer with questionable morals should NOT be the mayor of a large city. Period.

I simply said that unless you where there you only hear what the media wants you to hear about the situation - probably not including that he was a man and stood up and admitted his mistakes. Wish there were more people like him. Atleast willing to admit when they mess up. Most of us aren't and it is a sad fact
