• 36. It's obvious all you people are judging him on his personal life and don't live in SF or the Bay Area who voted him in as mayor. We love him, he's straight, extremly smart and good looking. I hope he gets his personal life together because he has the potential to become the next California Senator or Govenor. There are problems in all marriages and his exwife was just as career driven as he was. She used him too. The jackass reporters at the SF Examiner/chronicle have no lives and would rather chase Gavin around than report on the homeless, crime, taxes, etc. There a bunch of bald ugly old men who couldn't score a gay man or straight woman in their wildest dreams. Go Gavin!!!!

• 37. If he was an ugly guy he wouldn't be elected garbage collector. He's an ego-centric leftist wing nut and the people of San Francisco deserve him. The guy is a complete imbecile who dates hot chicks. He's probably a closet queen. That's why the boys in San Fran keep electing him. They are all hoping he'll come out of the closet and one of them could be the First "whatever" of San Francisco.

I simply said that unless you where there you only hear what the media wants you to hear about the situation - probably not including that he was a man and stood up and admitted his mistakes. No one is perfect, as I am sure you are not. What makes a person isn't the sun of their errors but how they handled them in my eyes. You don't know him - all you know is what the media tells you. Do you really think you are getting the honest truth? Because if you do, then you are dumber than I thought. The media will twist, blow-up or distort whatever they need to to get their story - just rememeber that!!!!!
