• 156. two nose comments. celebrities with big noses who get nose jobs (or any other major procedure) once they're famous are idiots. get the work done BEFORE you get into the entertainment industry, especially if it's a drastic change. that way if you get famous, no one will know. a prime example of this is ashley simpson or even jennifer grey. their names have become synonymous with nose jobs but if they took care of business before the fame no one would have even noticed. Secondly, heidi montag has a long face and a strong jaw. her natural nose was a perfect fit for her face and was quite proportional. now it looks way too small. small noses aren't for everyone and can even look bad on some people. just ask giselle bundchen-one of the most highly paid supermodels with a larger than average nose, but it looks super-hot on her and really fits her face. ironically, she also had a nose job, but just had some minor tweaking (nothing drastic). she and her surgeon were very smart about that.
