Why not age gracefully? Some of these women look like they are trying to hide large buck teeth. Their faces look like a balloon ready to bust. I feel really bad for you that you were not comfortable with what you have.

If i ever decide to go under the Knife,then i would like to have Demi Moore or Lisa Rinna's Doctor.I don't care how much they deny having surgery,they both look good.Jennifer Aniston doesn't need it she looks creator all the rest i would suggest to stop because they all look like Frankensteins.
It's so sad - I know celebrities make their living partially based on their looks but time marches on for everyone. Whatever happened to aging gracefully? As for some of these plastic surgeons, they should be losing their licenses.
You guys should be a little more responsible in your journalism.A couple of these stars have medical problems/illnesses which have caused their drastic tansformations(Mickey Rourke & Roy).Even if they just had surgery to have it who cares as long as I don't have to foot the bill.
Its very easy to look at these people and laugh at their expense. What a sad,sad existance to be chasing an unrealistic dream of looking forever young and sexually desireable. Dont they realize looking good is looking after yourself, working out and eating rite most of the time and accepting the fact that time rolls on. What most of these people must look like with no makeup, no lighting and no clothes. Frightning!!!! Everyone should realize nobody is promised tomorrow (money wont buy it) and enjoy today to the fullest. OK im done preaching!!!

Well, if I wanted to have plastic surgery, I would want Demi's surgeon because she looks amazing and very natural, unlike some of the other photos.
