cookie cutter people who all look alike with these huge trout-like lips, and unmoveable faces. UGH! Be natural - that's good enough for most of us. We love you regardless of how you look. It's your talent that attracted us to you in the first place. Meg Ryan's surgery is probably the one that broke my heart the most. She doesn't even resemble the Meg we all fell in love with back in the day. Can she get it reversed do you think?

I think most people with plastic surgery all have the same UGLY ASS, stretched out noses. But i agree, Joan Rivers looks like a hideous monster, or a burn victim. She even looks worse then MJ for God's sake!!!! Versace looks like some demented baboon, Dolly Parton looks like a wax-figure. Plastic surgery looks great in the beginning-look at Ashley Simpson's new nose....but after a couple of years, the effects wear off, and they start getting more treatments and they start looking like grotesque figures...JOAN RIVERS>>>>>ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
ok first of all, joan rivers looks like she was in a fatal car crash and a toxic chemical was spilled all over her face at the same time! and dont get me started on michael jackson! he is the biggest fuz nut i have ever laid eyes on! i wish he would have thrown his self off that balcony instead of his kid.

I don't get it...Cher looks the same.
If you really look at her old pics compared to new critically - it is not obvious she has had any work done.
She is so beautiful anyway - but the pics shown do not represent any new work done - so who's picking these before/after pictures? bad job...
Heidi looks okay..I'm not really a huge fan of white blonde hair (thats probably why mind is brunette) and i think she looks washed out..Joan rivers is a hoot..I think Presley looks beautiful as always.janet pretty. and nothing much else to say about the rest of them..oh and ashlee's nose looks good either way..
The funny thing about the so-called "before" pictures is the fact that they showed a lot of plastic surgery, too. Cher hasn't seen her real face in 30 years.
This is why I enjoy watching the Academy Awards - it looks like a gigantic family reunion because everyone looks the same.
There was a joke floating around many years ago about two perfectly perfect movies stars who married and had the ugliest kid in the world!
