Except for Kathy Griffin and Dolly Parton, all of them look much worse. Artificial lips, eyes, etc. With all the money these people have, how did they choice their plastic surgeons! It's sad but in some cases, their faces look comical. It just shows you can't "turn back time" and there is something to be said for aging gracefully. Kenny Rogers had the nicest face and now he has changed who he is by looking like a completely different person. Wayne Newton looks like he belongs in Madame Trusseau's wax museum.

I don't see all that well without my bifocals....but...If Ms. Versace thinks her results are worth the money spent..she needs to ask for a refund.

I wish you had showed the pic of Cher in her "Sonny" years when she was truly original and beautiful. I don't care how much money you have, when you get the surgery, you start to look plastic. That's just not attractive.

Donatella looks like an ugly fella. She should follow up with trans-sex surgery.

As for Melanie, what face lift? She was an emergency -- they had to airlift her.

No, Cher did not have any work done. She has a pact with the devil. She will look exactly the same when she starts her 2035 world tour.

Why doesn't anyone mention Matha Stewart? She looked pretty terrible before she went to jail... and now she looks firm and tight!

The before picture of Janet Jackson was when she first received plastic surgery on her nose. To see Janet before having plastic surgery you would have to go back, as far as her first appearance on the television show Good Times. Janet had a nose job as a young teenager.

Melanie Griffith looks like crap; she looks God-awful old and you can tell she had surgery, as well as Joan Rivers and Wayne Newton; they look like fake dolls that had their skin stretched to the limit.

If i had their money i would go for it also.maybe not to their extreme.but i would still try it.

Janet Jackson looks great, if she had work done, it's very subtle. Ashley Simpson looks pretty before and after, though more like her sister since her nose job. Priscilla has always been gorgeous and still is! Now some of the others are damn scary! Donatelle is scary before AND after, she looks like a man in drag!

OMG!!Melanie Griffith and Priscilla Presley were gorgeous b4 their surgeries, now they just look like circus freaks!! They should have just left their faces alone and aged gracefully. Their carreers are over anyway--how can they be cast in a roll to play a woman their age when they look like that? Hollywood is going to have some new stars in the next 10 years--they will be little known people who LOOK their ages and playing parts of "real" people---not some scarey wax people!!!
