1. Why does no one ever include Megan Fox in these types of line ups? It's clear from earlier pictures that she's had a nose job, but no one ever picks on her! I guess she's too hot for anyone to care?

2. ok, so of course too much plastic surgery is a bad thing. but a little here and there is fine. i'm a big fan of nose jobs because, frankly, some people's natural noses just attract way too much attention from their other features (which noses, ideally, should not do). so if someone just wants to make their nose fit their face, i think that's ok. ashley simpson is a perfect example of this. now that she streamlined her nose, you aren't drawn to it and so her other features stand out more. now of course some people take this tooooo far, like the jacksons, for example. the good thing is that docs nowadays strive to make everything blend together and just tweak the natural features instead of completely altering them. either way, though, a doc (yes, even a plastic doc) should have enough care for their patients to tell them what looks good or not and when to STOP. but of course, many of them are so money hungry that they wouldn't dream of that.

3. This is so sad. If you see early footage of her, she was absolutely gorgeous and cute!! She was simply adorable!! She should have never changed a thing. What a shame for some people who really do need "help"...to have money wasted on ruining a perfectly flawless face! She should have donated those funds to someone who needed it (ie: abuse victim or something like that - i recently saw a local dentist who donated work to an abuse victim - what a wonderful gesture and transformation for that poor woman)

Joan Rivers definately looked dramatically different on her after picture it also made me jump a bit not to be mean but she should have definately let herself age naturally not just keep getting facelifts and botox over and over because everyone gets wrinkles eventually, and if you dont then your just luckey

10. I think people should be able to do whatever they want. No one has the right to judge anyone else. Comments should be kept to yourself.

13. The things prevalent in Michael's case are his nose, and skin color. The skin color very dramatic, whitch makes him look different. In my opinion his nose looked better when he was young, but he could not help having the Vitiligo he suffered from. He had to wear a great deal of make-up to cover, then as the disease progressed his color got lighter, so his make-up color had to be lightened as well. I had a friend that suffered from this too, she had to wear full body make-up that is special for these patients. I really don't see the other features change that much accept for the sagging laugh lines around his face, that come with age. He has always had a cleft chin, and a strong jaw-line, you can see it in many of his younger pictures if you study them, and I have.

14. So my question is ... WHO are the celebs getting plastic surgery for if we the "fans" think they all look hideous?

15. I DONT THINK ANYBODY NEEDS PLASTIC SURGERY. BECAUSE THEIR FINE THE WAY THEY WERE. TAKE MICHEAL JACKSON FOR EXAMPLE HE WENT TO FAR. I LIKE THE WAY HE LOOKED WHEN HE FIRST STARTED.
