Mickey Roarke is the only one of them with a decent excuse. He had a terrible accident and very nearly died. He has been through lots of reconstructive surgeries over the past decade or so. It's amazing he looks as good as he does all things considered. The rest of them, vanity, vanity, vanity! The young ones removed or changed everything that actually gave them character, and the older ones just look like carnival freak versions of their former selves. I'll grow old gracefully, thank you very much!

Wayne Newton is an old man and he should deal with it. He's 75 years old! His jet black hair isn't fooling anyone, he's hitting the tanning both hard, and he's wearing make-up. Give it up, Wayne. Danke Schone

Mickey Rourke was in a bad motorcycle accident and almost died if you remember. He has had many facial surgeries I'm sure. It happened not long after 9 1/2 weeks if I remember correctly. I think he looks pretty great for what he's gone through. You go, BOY!

Janet Jackson looks great! and so dose Ashley Simpson... you all are just jealous.

What the hell are these people thinking? Obviously we're not dealing with rational human beings. I disagree on Heidi's boob job, not awesome, awesome might be an invisible scar. I think Kathy Griffin got the most out of hers. How in the world do the plastic surgeons who perform these procedures maintain there licensure? I guess those that can't make it in real surgical practice become plastic surgeons to the "stars". I hope they don't get too close to the California forest fires, they'll melt on the spot.

It's not reall fair to show what someone looked like back in the 80s and then show their factlift picture now. My god, let's see what they looked like in 2005 before they did the facelift and then decide. (some of them are just wayyyyy too tight. Wayne Newton.. give it a rest...

Ashlee Simpson is the only one who looks better. Now, if only Jessica Simpson would fix her big nose!

I think most everybody looked better before than after, except for Ashlee Simpsom, who looked way better after her nose job. She is now in the same league of hottness as her sis, Jessica. Kenny Rogers, Wayne Newton and Melanie Griffith all look like monsters. Kenny looked so much better before, now he looks like he can't open his eyes all the way. Wayne Newton's face, literally looks like plastic and Melanie looks something out of Bride of Frankenstein! Also, some few stars that look a little better after than before are: Priscilla Presley, Dolly Parton and Janet Jackson. I wish some of these stars would know when to stop. Obviously, Michael Jacko is an example to everyone, even non-celebs. Don't go too far with plastic surgery, or your nose could melt right off of your face also!

Looks like all differant plastic surgeon's did the work for the stars shown. IT SHOWS YOU ONE THING, BE CAREFUL WHO YOU SELECT FOR ANY KIND OF SURGERY ESPECIALLY PLASTIC SURGERY. There are a lot of butcher's out there and they will keep carving as long as the money doesn't run out. Obviousley some stars have more money than brains. There is nothing wrong with a little surgery to repair a bad nose or a breast enlargement. For god sake dont destroy the natural beauty god gave you.
