YIKES!!!!! I find the comments here far uglier than any of the pictures... These celebrities have made a living based on their appearances - so who could BLAME them for trying whatever they had to do to hold onto those looks? It's terribly sad how some of these surgeries turned out - have some compassion! That is certainly not what they hoped would come of it. The rest of us are allowed to age naturally - and not lose our reputations or marketability because we have a few sags or lines... they don't have that luxury. Just LOOK at how hateful the comments here are... I'm sure the comments would be just as hateful if these people just allowed themselves to age. No pleasing the public... Everybody needs somebody to look down on... guess these people are just easy targets for some of you...

These people look like the victims of a group of mortuary science cosmetology class dropouts. I think it stems from trying to look too much younger than they actually are. But thats what Hollywood (and the public) does to you. Sad, no?

I am SO glad I am not a celebrity! I can't imagine the feeling you need to destroy your face to maintain an image. They ALL look plastic and mask like. Melanie and Joan are scary and my grand children would make fun of them if they ever saw them in person

And WHYoh why have the butchers who worked on the infamous Jackson crew never been tried for assault? Maiming these people with impunity-what gives? I looked at all the pics of the stars before and after plastic surgery. They were all much better looking. When I saw Priscilla Presley on Dancing with the Stars last week, I was absolutely horrified at her appearance. She was so pretty and now her face looks like a cheap plastic mask that is about to crack and fall off. I'm sorry for that comment but I am at a loss for words to describe the horror a felt when looking at Priscilla. I am her age and believe me I am not "aging gracefully" as they say, but I would never even think about doing what she has done!!!

Heidi Montag looks waaaaaaaay better in her "before" photo -- both nose AND chest. Forget that her chest looks ridiculous. Her face has been transformed in a really bad way. She used to look cute and healthy. Now, when you look at before and then after, she looks really bad now. Ashlee Simpson had a good, subtle fix. Whoever she went to, knows what they are doing. I know Courtney Love wants her "old" face back, but I gotta say -- I think she looks good. She needs to just stay healthy and go from here. Don't try to mess with things any more -- she will regret it. You can only be just so lucky so many times under the knife.
