• 798. I think Cher is the only one who looks good post-op. I mean, MJ looks like a different person. Ashlee Simpson looks like she could be a different person. Versace looks like a muppet. Kathy griffin looks pulled and stretched and somehow looks older. Courtney love looks like a differnt, more generic person. But Cher kind of looks exactly the same... i mean it's obvious she had surgery but her face doesn't look like a plasticky, stretched, collogen-lipped nightmare. Most of these people had so much more character in their face before surgery!

• 799. Ashlee and Courtney look better, Janet Jackson looks the same, the rest are scary. The sad thing about Kenny Rogers, and especially Mickey Rourke, their faces had character and would have aged well naturally. Look at Harvey Keitel. Brilliant actor, not ashamed to show his age. Melanie Griffith is the saddest. She was such a natural California beauty, and now she is difficult to look at. Image looking at that face in the morning, without makeup. Someone should tell her that chain smoking ages women quickly.

• 803. Nicole Kidman is missing, TMZ! You should've included her. She was a fresh-faced beauty when she first came to Hollywood, but she's a tight-faced caricature of herself now. Harsh. Ashlee Simpson is the only one that looks better. Wow! Some of these are pathetic. Priscilla Presley was a beautiful woman. No more! Sad, sad, sad. Why did she do this to herself? Cher looks hideous.

• 804. My friend and I saw Priscella Presley on Oprah and our jaws dropped!!!!! How could a woman with so much natural beauty do this to herself? Same goes for Melanie Griffith. Both were SO much more attractive before their procedures! I've changed my mind about plastic surgery thanks to these horror clips. My self-esteem isn't THAT low! Thank you, TMZ!

• 805. kenny looks ok, donatella looks like a man, kathy looks ok, michael should change his name to michelle, courtny love still looks like a crack head, mickey is not hot at all, ashley needs to stop trying to look as hot as her sister cuz its not working, chere looks like a man, wayne looks like he belongs in a wax museum, melanie looks ugly, joan rivers looks like michael jackson now, priscilla looks ugly, dolly looks ugly, heidi is still ugly but with bigger boobs as for janet.....flawless!

• 809. as a woman in her late 30s, I was considering a "tweaking" a few things. Thanks TMZ for showing us the aweful realities of PLASTIC Surgery. I'm wondering if there's any such thing as "cosmetic procedures" anymore...it's obviously addicting and the outcome is frightening. I look better than they do!

• 810. Melanie Griffith, ouch, she looks horrible, so sad, but gosh thats hard to look at! And, yes, I remember the day when Michael jackson was a black man? What exactly is he now?? I also like Priscalla and Mickey BEFORE they had surgery, well thats just me! LOL
