• 47. Sheesh....Spaghetti, and sauce, mmmmmm. Christina - GOT MILK? Seriously, I am a normally sized 5'7-1/2" woman whose weight goes between 130# - 145# depending on the season. I am in good shape, but it is due to physical work and physical hobbies. I have had veins that stood out all of my life. No one else in my family has this except for my son. I think it comes from having low body fat, not being underweight or overpumped. The advantage? Phlebotomists love us. Happy Holidays!!

• 50. Those visible veins are caused by breathing incorrectly when you're working out. If you hold your breath while lifting weights, it puts a lot of pressure on your veins, eventually causing them to lose elasticity and bulge out. You have to exhale as you lift and inhale as you relax.

• 52. When I saw Madonna's veins, I felt my breakfast coming up.. that is sooo goddamn disgusting, gross and makes me puke! I understand Chrissy had a baby and possibly a boob job, but how on earth they can be so veiny? Opposite of all the gross veiny nasty people is Sly Stallone - Jesus, he's sexy! I think his ironarms and charming looks are killing me! Adorable!
