• 54. Who votes on the winner? Does TMZ choose the winner? Or does the public get to vote? All the ones who have teased, colored or shaved their heads just to win, shouldn't be considered, or the babies who have cut their hair or old outdated photos of styles long ago. I think the winner should be the one of people who you can tell that they have to endure their hair being out of control and ugly naturally, every day. Poor souls deserve something for their bad stroke of fate (or locks).

• 59. i want to state that my hair(#46) is 100% un styled..i have to live with that hair everyday of my life, my hiar is naturally a giant tumble weed..so to everyone that is saying that all these hair styles are fake, is clearly not having the correct facts!
