• 47. Calling women sluts for getting implants is part of the reason why all women (including myself) have issues with their bodies. If girls have flat chests, we make fun of them. If their boobs are too big, they're whores. We as women can never appreciate the figure of another woman without putting them down for our own self-satisfaction. If we would start putting more positivity out there to other women, maybe we wouldn't have to get "plastic parts" to feel as though we belong. I personally have never had plastic surgery, but that doesn't give me the right to judge someone who has.

• 50. #3 is what plastic surgery is for. What a happy and looking boy. The rest? A testament to peoples self centerdness. Silly boob jobs and sillier face lifts making the poor recipient look like a caricture of the human species. Very sad they felt the need to do that to their bodies.

Since when?!? You said that besides a vagina, that breasts make a woman!! How dumb are you?!?! Men have breasts also, or did you forget? Granted they are not as big as ours, but men have breasts, so breasts do NOT make a woman. So after 26 years, you seriously think having FAKE boobs made you a woman?!? So you were NOT a woman before you had the implants?!? Pretty sad if you ask me!!! Fake boobs make you a FAKE.. NOT a woman!!

• 60. It's one thing to be self conscious and get implants that look natural, to make oneself feel better. It's quite another to get implants that scream, "I *AM* self conscious and have no esteem, hence why I got these triple Z's to feel better." They look ridiculous and extremely (obviously) disproportionate to their bodies. Sorry, but it's true....
