• 61. I think as long as you are using the whole animal, like for food you should also be able to wear it. I dont agree with just wearing and animal for looks. If its cold and you hunted it to eat wear it too for warmth. Fake fur can be just as pretty though and I am not against doing that at all.

• 63. Lisa-Obviously you don't know the bible to well. The bible talks about animals having souls, and they're original purpose was not to feed or clothe us, that wasn't permitted until AFTER the flood, in which God said that we could eat the animals to survive but that the animals soul bearing blood must hit the ground so the soul could go back to him, where it belongs. He respects animals, after all he created all creatures, and in all he love. so don't $#@?! yourself with bad information in order to make you ugly opinions ok. Btw, Do you eat mink? Didn't think so.

• 64. Killing animals for their fur is wrong!!!!!!! MY GOSH PEOPLE!!! Yes we are the higher being of all the rest the animals but that doesnt mean we can use the rest of the animals for our pleasure. Animals being tortured and stripped is just plain low and I think anybody who does this or even disagrees with me is pathetic! How would you like it if they skinned you and wore you on their back just for "fashion" reasons.....This is their planet as well as ours.

• 66. To those comparing the wearing of animal fur to human abortion, give me a giant break. These are two hot-button issues, but like trying to compare, say, illegal immigration and traffic accidents, it doesn't make much sense. Not that there is any sense whatsoever in other people telling a stranger whether or not to carry a fetus to term. Aw, whatever, this is TMZ. Lowest common denominator crap.

• 68. To the person who wrote that these animals are not pets, they are "wild animals" is completely ignorant. Obviously, fur coat makers are not goign out on "mink hunts" to find the animals. They are raising them in filthy, cramped, inhumane conditions. Then, the animals are brutalized as they are skinned (as one blogger wrote) alive. Many times, they are dropped ALIVE into boiling water as to save their pelts. For all of those "celebs" who are NOW wearing fur again, SHAME ON YOU!!! You carry the responsibility to be fashion and trend forward. TREAD LIGHTLY ON MY MOTHER EARTH.

• 69. Why in God's name are these celebrities wearing fur in LA?! I live in Chicago, where today's high was in the low 30s and my coat -- which never walked, swam or flew -- is working just fine. Are they worried that the weather will hit an unbearable 60 degrees? That's ridiculous.

• 70. It totally disgusts me that these women strut around wearing these furs. If they only knew what those animals went through for them to look "glamorous" for one evening out on the town. I've seen some pretty horrid videos of defenseless animals being skinned alive, then left to die. I just don't understand the point of it! • 71. Too bad we can't make an idiot jacket. It seems there are enough of those to keep everybody warm. If you are so supportive of killing animals for fasion why don't you let someone skin your ass and see how well it goes?

• 72. It's still THEIR CHOICE people. It is so annoying with all of the busibodies in the world trying to inflict their viewpoint on others. PETA has been known to kill a few critters in its time to "prove" a point. The coat was already made so it doesn't matter who is wearing it. It's a coat...it keeps you warm, it is soft! Get over it!

• 73. Mink aren't rodents, they are related to otters and are 90% aquatic. When they're kept in crap-filled wire cages on fur farms, they never get to swim or enjoy anything they normally would. Of course, that's before their necks are broken, or they're injected w/ poison, OR anally electrocuted. • 74. why does it matter so much if people wear real or faux fur????? if you can afford the real thing then i say go for it. its not like the animals they use are family pets, they are wild animals, and if we didnt get to them, something else would eventually.

• 75. Women almost always look completely hideous in fur....makes them look even fatter than they are....that should be reason enough to not wear fur.
