I was 19 when I got pregnant with my son. I had nowhere to go and was staying with a guy that screwed up and got arrested. But, I met a great guy when I was 4 months pregnant, and he and I married shortly after that. My son is almost 2, and my husband and I have been married a little over 2 years. My husband accepts my son as his own. My son calls him Dada, and they share such a strong bond.
So stop judging single and unmarried mothers. Sometimes, it's not all their fault. And some make the best of it...and are actually happy. I know I am!
Since when is a baby a mistake, they are God's creatures!!!!! You just have to do what you have to make it all work out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!QUIT HATEN YA'LL

Wow ok Jamie made a mistake... Quit assuming she's just like Britney. You don't know her. Just a quick question... ALL OF YOU WHO ARE CALLING JAMIE A HOE BAG AND A WHORE IS IT SAFE TO ASSUME THAT YOU WERE 30 AND MARRIED BEFORE YOU EVER HAD SEX? Probably not. Same action different ending... That's it.
Everyone falls short of the cross.the baby is brought to this earth for a reason, may God bless Jaime Lynn and her family .Stay close to the Lord and let this new angel your having be a blessing and a new beginning .I pray for her sister Brittney and her children this is a storm .

Keep your legs shut until you are in a healthy committed relationship married or not. Oh look problem solved. No one should be having a baby as a teenager. They should be automatically put up for adoption. It's not a matter of money it's a matter of emotional health. There are few too many people popping out kids who should not be.
You all need to get a life... have you looked at society today? There are many young and older women having babies without husbands. It happens to everyone... young, old, rich, poor. Why are you all calling Jaime Lynn white trash? She is richer than more than likely all of you and I am sure it was just a mistake. I just graduated from high school last year and trust me when I say that 90 percent of the teens in high school are not virgins. When I look around at all that students I graduated with, A LOT of them are either pregnant, or already have a child and that does not mean all of them are trash! GROW UP!
TRACY TOOK THE WORDS OUT OF MY MOUTH. PLEASE DELETE JESSICA SIERRA AND LILY ALLEN. IT'S LIKE MOCKING THEIR PREGNANCIES
HEATH IS DEAD. PLS HAVE RESPECT FOR THE DEAD.

Number 1: It's SINGLE mother, not UNWED. Number 2: Half of those women up there have supportive boyfriends or fiances, that is completely different from being a single or as you put it "unwed" mother. Number 3: we are not in the middle ages anymore, you can stop referring to children as "illegitimate". Number 4: Everybody realized that Jamie Spears made an "oops!" But at least she has owned up and is being brave enough and courageous enough to carry through with it and is activly seeking the help and support of her parents. Instead of chastizing her maybe you should learn a little compassion. there's NO guarentee that she will end up like Britney. Everyone is different and life is what YOU make of it, not what the media decides your fate is going to be.

Here's a story for you.
I am 29 years old. I had my son when I was 28 years old. When I found out I was pregnant my bf wanted me to have an abortion. We had been dating off and on for 4 years. I moved back home, took a job doing retail (coming from PR it hurt my pride) and had my son. After about a year and a half, I got a job doing what I love, and now am living on my own. When my son was 7 months old, I found out his father was married. Had been married since 2004. He was 30 at the time. No wonder he didn't want me to have my child. I really felt for Bridgette Moynahan when I heard she was pregnant and Brady wasn't with her teh whole time. I def. know what that was like and how it felt.
Anyway, just because you aren't married doesn't mean the end of the world. I am Catholic and for the most part conservative, but by no means am I a bible-thumper. We do the best we can do with the situations we find ourselves in.

That is really, REALLY rude to have Lily Allen on this list as she publicly announced last month she had a miscarriage. Very disrespectful!
