  • 31. Come on TMZ, your reaching badly, not driving Britney insane enough?? Not hounding every celebrity into the ground enough? These are real, average, women, who unlike this website are driven to improve or at least be part of the workings of this nation. You on the other hand make your mark by doing worse than a 20 dollar crack whore, you FEED off of people, like leaches. Leave your fashion sensitivities to the celebrities, thats what they want. These women don't deserve your uppity ridicule, regardless of their politics.

  • 32. Where are the men?? You only have problems with the women's attire? what sick little pigs you are. Typical bashing of women again. Afraid?

  • 33. I have a suggestion for the folk over at NBC. How about "The Biggest Loser: Women of Politics Edition." No wonder they keep giving themselves raises in Washington, they need the money to pay for their huge grocery bills.

  • 34. I think TMZ is cruel. You must be desperate for entertainment.

  • 35. Pelosi spends more money on Polygrip than she does on clothes!

  • 36. I don't get the joke. What's so funny about ladies with clothes on? I don't see anything wrong with their clothes. Of course, I don't have any fashion sense. TMZ would probably laugh at me, too. If I cared what TMZ thinks, I'd be humiliated. Now what really would be funny is if the ladies didn't have on any clothes at all.

  • 37. If the styles women or men choose is soooo bad, why are they even on the market? Why can't people grow up and be adults in a world that is getting very much out of control. We all just need to mind our own business and stay out of others when it comes to what people want to wear. Another solution, why don't the dress makers only make what we should wear and leave the junk out of the picture, then we would ALL be dressed correctly.

  • 38. “It's an election year; TMZ has every right to cover this story.” Michelle (below) may have worked on the Hill but she obviously didn’t learn much during her tenure there- as a current Congressional staffer I would love to know how the clothing of a Member has ANYTHING to do with education, housing, healthcare, etc… “If these women cannot even take care of themselves, what makes us think they can take care of America?” Get a clue sister- what a woman wears has nothing to do with her ability to do her job- a stay-at-home mom (which is a job) may wear sweats but that does not make her any less of a mom. Let’s start looking at what candidates (regardless of sex) are saying and not what they are wearing…We would never make these comments about male Member’s of Congress… I hope TMZ covers the Seersucker Suit Day for male Members that comes every Spring~ It is pretty horrendous)…

  • 39. We're not judging them for what they wear and what they look like. We laughing at them!

  • 40. This is ridiculous. Women should not be judged for what they wear but for their ability to perform their job. If you must be this shallow, at least be an equal opportunity shallow jerk. Post some of the men w/o any style sense!

  • 41. I've worked on the Hill so I know that there is no fashion sense among Members of Congress. The Hill staffers are underpaid yet are more self-conscience of appearance than the Members who make $160,000 a year. Speaker Pelosi makes over $200k. Also, Hillary Clinton is not only on a Congressional salary, but I am sure she still feeds off of the retirement fund from her husband’s service in the White Office. These women can afford a better wardrobe; the real fact is they have no fashion sense because it's a "suit" mentality on the floor of the House and Senate. And to the argument raised that they are politicians making a difference: they are elected officials voting according to how the public will perceive them in the next election. If these women cannot even take care of themselves, what makes us think they can take care of America? It's an election year; TMZ has every right to cover this story.

  • 42. Now I know what "Pork-Barrel Spending" means.

  • 43. The reason TMZ did not post the shots of the male politicians, and I am assuming here, is that it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Teddy, Bloated Slug, Kennedy is enough to destroy any pair of eyes. Also, this post is harmless fun. These are public people seeking press at every possible turn, there is no, and should not be, any hands-off policy. Oh, and don't call these ladies poor, they are over-paid (along with the men).

  • 44. These women have accomplished much more than any of us have ever dreamed about. Not only are the in congress, but they must deal with living in a country that severely undervalues smart, intelligent, and successful women. So we talk about their outfits. How come we never see these so-called "fashion" stories about the bad comb-overs in congress? We need more women in politics. I don't care what they wear.

  • 45. This is terrible! These women aren't pop stars. Their jobs (regardless of what some have written) have nothing to do with looking good. And, do people realize what politicians make?? Most of these women are not rolling in dough. They would have been much better off use their skills in the private, corporate sector, where they could afford designer suits. Instead, they chose to do something that might make a difference. So we can make fun of them. Great. And yes, this post is racist and sexist. and unfunny.
