You should hire someone who knows how to spell to write your captions. Examples: thier (their) licenses revoked, and they look thier (they're) from another planet.

Y would anyone want to look like these celebrities??? Do they really think they look attractive??...They look totally unatural and disturbing!!!...The DR's who are doing this and telling them they look great need to be shot and thier licenses revoked...Im just confused, these people have some much money and the best they can do is spend it to look like this, how horrible!!
