Your are just plain stupid and naive to think that marijuana isn't harmful or cancer causing. All that said it should still be legal for adults to do with their bodies what they choose, but this "pot is holy and doesn't do anything bad" cry from potheads is pathetic. It's less harmful than other drugs, but it still has it's consequences.. oh and it tastes good.
Honestly, i used to believe marijuana was addictive/gateway to other drugs/harmful, so i didnt want it to be legal either.. but that was before i had tried it. And i never became addicted to it; i've never tried other drugs; and i've never known anyone to die from smoking too much, as opposed to say... alcohol. which is legal. or cigarettes even. I work full-time and go to school full-time, so im useful to society... so... whats the problem? its on my time, its in my body. if you're not interested in smoking, you don't have to. i do think there should be regulations. maybe treated similar to cigarettes with designated areas, too.. its courtesy for those who are bothered by the smoke. eventually it'll be legalized. give it a generation or 2.
