You call these kids ugly,you should look at your own. They probably have mugs that could sour milk!
I have a cousin whose tongue is like that a bit. He is not retarded but it's something under the tongue. When he gets older it can be fixed. We are not perfect all of us have flaws.
I don't know how you'd describe a child that was actually good-looking, given that you say these non-descript brats as adorable. Get your eyes checked.
