2. I work for univision WXTV nj an I must agree with the reporter, univision discriminates. They have 32 techs working an 29 are latin 1 black 2 white an recently they laid off 1 black an 1 white to avoid laying off 3 non US born techs. They only show favorites with specifics to Cubans because the News Dir an Gm are both Cuban. Hello we are in the USA are we not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. Well I think that Univision is a great latin network. They have been on air for many years they know what they are doing. And sometimes you have to makes dificult choices to better the network. Looks like they have by selecting Beautiful Latinas WITH TALENT of course. I think it's hard finding intelligent, beautiful, & humorist women. Smart choice Univision. As for Myriam girl your just older and you probably got grumpy through out the years. Univision has older women but because they are so likeable that's why they still have a job. GO Univision..

8. Looks like she's pretending that it's her first day working at Univision for the sake of money. I don't think i've ever seen any piece of Spanish language programming that didn't heavily incorporate women in bikini's/revealing clothes or just beautiful women in general regardless of the subject matter...it's a formula they've mastered and stuck too for YEARS due to lack of substance.

9. Jennifer Lopez's face isn't covered in ugly moles like Satcha's AND Satcha's nose is much wider than J-Lo's!
